We are not a fund buying finished product. We develop, design and build every villa with our own in-house local team — uniformed under our brand and trained across three years of continuous on-site work on the island.

In 2022, Jon Adil Mendi arrived in Indonesia with an entrepreneurial vision and the conviction to act on it. He took the risk of building his first hotel in Lombok when the island was still an emerging destination, far from the international spotlight.
Over the following years, he earned the trust of the local community — working alongside residents, artisans and institutional contacts. That deep-rooted network is today one of the company's most valuable assets, and what allows us to operate with an authenticity that few foreign developers can match.
In 2023 we launched Lombok Souls — the first major project with international investors: 35 luxury villas now fully operational with proven occupancy and consistent returns. From there, projects like Kelapa Lodge joined the portfolio, each one reinforcing a track record of delivery.
Today the company is undergoing a comprehensive expansion: premium design, high-end materials, flawless execution, an active social media presence and a closer, more personalised relationship with every investor.

We do not subcontract construction. Three years of continuous on-site work in Lombok have shaped a stable in-house team of masons, carpenters, formwork specialists and site supervisors who know our standard, our materials and our way of working. They all wear the Lombok International Development uniform — because the build is our responsibility and our reputation.
Direct control of the process is what allows us to guarantee deadlines, keep build quality consistent from villa to villa and react to any incident the same day. The foreman reports directly to management — no intermediate layers. Every foundation, every rebar cage, every block and every finish goes through an internal review chain documented on site.
